You can connect multiple devices or share the key with your close ones. We only account for the used traffic.
I already have Paper VPN installed, why isn’t it working?
First of all, try restarting your computer or another device twice — this can fix occasional issues.
Is the problem still not resolved? Perhaps you have exceeded your traffic limit. You can check this in your user account using the provided link. If the result is zero, it means you have used all your traffic in the last 30 days. We have a rolling usage system: wait for a day, and your limit will renew.
To avoid waiting, you can purchase a subscription with more traffic. For example, the annual and two-year plans offer 250 GB for 30 days.

What to do if the payment doesn’t go through?
Try making the payment using one of these methods:
Manually enter the details of a Russian card, even if they are saved in the browser and appear automatically.
Enter the details of a card that hasn’t been saved in the browser before.

How to manage your subscription?
In your user account. The email with login details will be sent to you after payment.
Inside your account, you can:
Cancel your VPN subscription.
Monitor your remaining traffic.
See the date and amount of the next payment, change the linked bank card.

Are there any limitations to using Paper VPN?
Yes, unfortunately, even a good VPN cannot bypass all restrictions. For example, if you purchase a subscription to access Russian servers from abroad, you may still encounter issues accessing websites like Kinopoisk or Amediateka.
We have also encountered installation issues on MacOS and Windows: sometimes the application does not install on operating systems of versions that are no longer supported by the manufacturer.
Sometimes VPN may not work with certain operators or providers. For example, with unlimited data plans from mobile network operators.
We do not recommend using torrents while the VPN is turned on, as it will lead to a sharp drop in speed for all users on your server. It’s more optimal to start your torrent client after disconnecting the VPN. We also kindly request that you do not distribute copyrighted files via torrent protocol, as this violates copyright law.
